You could be doing something physically demanding and you start the day brimming with energy. Continue at the same pace all the time and you will run out of steam. Try to avoid overextending yourself and know your limits. There's nothing wrong with pushing steadfastly towards a goal but you could do yourself an injury if you push too hard!
